Chances are pretty good that the stats mentioned in the build are EFT stats, not in-game fitting screen stats. EFT tends to "Inflate" the numbers, due to the fact that it takes your highest damage profile, where the in-game takes your lowest dama...

Only thing I can think of is that you may have misjudged your distance. It's easy to get de-cloaked on a gate, if someone jumps through, and pops up behind you. You may not even notice they're there, and it de-cloaks you. Don't forget either, dron...
